Even if the customer is on a low budget we still provide the same quality option to them, Greenply or Century BWP in Kitchen's base unit and MR plywood in other areas. Using inferior quality materials has only a small impact on the cost but their life is much lower.
2) Modular Manufacturing
There are two ways to manufacture furniture these days. Using machinery in a modular factory or by using carpenters at site. The big difference is that carpenters paste the edge banding on the furniture manually using glue like fevicol that comes out in a couple of years, whereas in a factory specialized machines are used which result in long living furniture. At the same time the edge banding done by a carpenter will also shave sharp edges.
3) Service Dedication
What good is an interior designer who does not pickup your call the day you have made the payment. Warranty is only a marketing gimmick with such interior firms. We on the other hand want to deliver projects at a competitive rate but also provide what we have promised to.
